Contribute to MAHCP's mission as a Research and Policy Analyst, offering analytical support in Operations and Governance. Engage in strategic research to advance organizational goals in a hybrid environment. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is crucial for analyzing emerging issues and conducting detailed research.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders like the President and communications staff to implement research projects and develop member surveys. Your work will focus on providing data analysis, contributing to reports for leadership, and enhancing member engagement through relevant insights. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive research assignments • Analyze diverse information from governmental and organizational sources • Identify key issues impacting organization priorities • Prepare strategic briefs and reports for senior leadership • Provide recommendations for enhancing member engagement Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field • 5–10 years of research and policy analysis experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and database applications Utilize your research skills to support MAHCP's objectives and drive impactful change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
