You will oversee payroll teams and ensure regulatory compliance while providing an exceptional employee experience. Your strong leadership and analytical skills will support monthly close activities and reporting at our Brampton office. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian and U.S. employees • Oversee multiple payroll cycles to ensure compliance • Conduct payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Generate and submit certified payroll reports • Lead the payroll team to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy Requirements: • 5+ years of payroll and/or benefits experience • Proficiency with ADP payroll platforms • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with regulatory payroll reporting • Ability to work 100% on-site in Brampton Drive payroll excellence and compliance to enhance our employee experience at our Brampton location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
