Role Description We are seeking a full-time WordPress Developer to join our on-site team at our Ahmedabad office. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, including both front-end and back-end functionalities. Responsibilities include creating responsive web designs, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing website performance.

Collaboration with designers, marketers, and clients to deliver visually appealing and functional websites will also be a key part of the role. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website development. Strong understanding of WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, website migrations, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive web development. Experience working with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools. Ability to convert designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly websites.

Understanding of website speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO best practices. Experience integrating third-party tools, forms, APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems. Familiarity with website security, backups, hosting environments, and ongoing maintenance.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time. Comfortable working in a collaborative agency environment alongside designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and project managers.

Basic knowledge of Git, staging environments, and website deployment processes is a plus. A growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
