Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in translating business requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, along with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from discovery and design to implementation, testing, and go-live support. This role requires a consultant who can work closely with stakeholders, drive functional solutioning, and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and business-aligned implementations.

Key Responsibilities As a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions that empower organisations to leverage their data, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and end-users to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem—including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A successful Developer will execute the following key areas of responsibility: Solution Design & Development Configuration & Customisation Integration & Data Management Code Review, Testing, Quality Assurance & Support Continuous Improvement & Innovation AI Development & Enhancement Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-280) are highly desirable Experience in solution design, stakeholder engagement and integration with Microsoft and third-party systems Strong understanding of data modelling and Microsoft Dataverse Familiarity with DevOps practices, source control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git), and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData web services, and authentication/authorisation protocols Practical experience with Azure cloud services—Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams Background in data governance, privacy and compliance within regulated industries Tech Stack • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Azure) and third-party applications via APIs and custom connectors • Experience with Microsoft AI tools such as Azure Cognitive Services and AI Builder to implement intelligent automation and predictive analytics Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions • Strong documentation and consulting mindset • Collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional teams
