Job Title: Intelligent Automation Developer (Power Platform) Company: RoboQuess Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 3-5 Years Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days Location: New Delhi (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, implement, and support automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience building cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), and integrating enterprise applications to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Intelligent Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Identify automation opportunities and conduct process assessments to recommend automation solutions.

Develop and deploy RPA workflows, cloud flows, and desktop automation solutions. Integrate automation solutions with AI/ML models, APIs, and enterprise systems. Implement AI-driven automation such as document processing, data extraction, and predictive models.

Ensure automation solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into automation solutions. Monitor and optimize automation performance and scalability.

Mandatory Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) Develop attended and unattended RPA solutions Connect enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and document management systems. Estimate development effort and provide technical recommendations. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Experience integrating automation with AI/ML models Knowledge of API integrations and REST services Strong understanding of process automation frameworks and governance Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Support deployment across Development, UAT, and Production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures and performance issues. Experience in solution design Familiarity with AI Builder and cognitive services is a plus Good To Have: Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio Technical Expertise: 3-5 years in Intelligent Automation / RPA Experience with Power Automate Strong in SQL, VB Scripting & integrations Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900, PL-500) Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Joining Requirement: Candidates must be available to join within 15 days.
