A highly regarded Boston-based investment firm is seeking a Senior Credit Finance Analyst to join a specialized credit finance team focused on CLOs, leverage management, and complex private credit structures. This individual will support liquidity forecasting, borrowing base reporting, facility management, and reporting processes across a range of credit vehicles. This role sits within a lean, high-performing team and offers strong visibility across finance, operations, portfolio management, lenders, trustees, and other external partners.
The position is well suited for someone who wants exposure to sophisticated credit products and enjoys working through technical fund structures, cash movements, and financing arrangements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in Excel. Prior exposure to private credit, CLOs, structured credit, fund finance, credit operations, or public accounting within financial services would translate well.
Company Overview & Benefits Total compensation package up to $145k, including base salary, annual bonus, and profit sharing Highly respected credit platform with exposure to private credit, CLOs, leverage facilities, and complex fund structures Lean, high-performing team environment with meaningful visibility across finance and investment operations Responsibilities Leverage Facility Support: Support day-to-day activity related to credit facilities, CLOs, asset-backed financing arrangements, BDCs, evergreen funds, and SMAs Liquidity & Cash Forecasting: Assist with forecasting liquidity needs, monitoring available borrowing capacity, and preparing borrowing or paydown requests Borrowing Base & Lender Reporting: Prepare and review borrowing base calculations, lender reporting packages, trustee reporting, and other facility-related deliverables Quarterly Waterfall & Distribution Support: Assist with quarterly waterfall calculations, distribution processes, and related reporting requirements Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with finance, operations, portfolio management, deal teams, lenders, trustees, rating agencies, and other external parties Credit Agreement & Compliance Review: Help review credit agreements, understand reporting requirements, and monitor key facility terms and deadlines Process Improvement & Analysis: Contribute to improving workflows, reporting templates, and internal processes as the platform continues to grow What Weβre Looking For 2-4 years of relevant experience in private credit, CLOs, structured credit, fund finance, credit operations, public accounting, or financial services Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets Exposure to credit facilities, borrowing base mechanics, CLOs, or private credit structures preferred Accounting, finance, or related degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
