Finance Business Systems Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Boston looking for a Finance Business Systems Analyst for a 3 month contract. This position is hybrid, onsite 2x a week and pay is $70-89/hr. Responsibilities Provide Tier‑2 support by resolving issues and prioritizing enhancements Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules Escalate critical issues to leadership as needed Report on project progress and system trends to Finance teams Partner with IT Services on integrations and implementations Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience gathering business requirements, developing use cases and test plans, managing system upgrades, and supporting project management initiatives 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday Finance technical experience required, including FDM/Accounting, Banking, and Projects; Adaptive experience preferred Experience with Workday Reporting is a plus Compensation: $70-89/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
