What you'll own Ingredient Research & Formulation — Research ingredients from clinical literature, monographs, and global conferences. Design formulations for specific health conditions and wellness outcomes. Decide delivery form, dose, blend ratios, excipients, color, and shelf life.

Manufacturing & Documentation — Write product specifications, formulation sheets, manufacturing instructions, and QC checkpoints. Own packaging, bottling, and the full product documentation set. Compliance & Labeling — Lead regulatory compliance across Health Canada (NHP), US FDA (DSHEA), FSSAI, and AYUSH.

Own supplement facts panels, ingredient declarations, claims substantiation, and warning content. Cross-Functional Support — Provide product documentation for marketing (Amazon, Shopify, Meta Ads), logistics, customer service, and finance. Be the technical point of contact for every product-related question across the company.

What we're looking for B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Food Technology / Nutrition / Biochemistry / Biotechnology 10+ years in nutraceutical, supplement, or functional food product development Hands-on formulation experience with softgels, capsules, tablets, or powders Working knowledge of at least one regulatory framework: Health Canada NHP, US FDA DSHEA, FSSAI, or AYUSH Strong documentation and technical writing Confident, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for deep research Willingness and ability to work permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Genuine curiosity — the kind that doesn't switch off at the end of a shift Bonus Ayurveda knowledge or interest in traditional formulations Export and international labeling experience Background in probiotics, antioxidants, or condition-specific wellness What we offer Group health insurance coverage Direct working relationship with our Canadian leadership and international scientific collaborators Ownership of high-impact product launches across global markets A front-row seat to how premium nutraceuticals are actually built How to apply Send your CV and a short note (under 200 words) on the most interesting supplement ingredient you've worked on, to [email protected]
