Job Title: Project Manager Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field About the role: We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience working with UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will have solid project management fundamentals along with exposure to Data and AI-driven projects, and the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

This role is focused on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and execution excellence. Responsibilities: Manage projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery Act as the primary interface for UK clients and stakeholders Translate business requirements into clear project plans and technical tasks Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure smooth delivery Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations Use project management tools to maintain visibility and transparency Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement Requirements: Proven experience in project management (end-to-end delivery) Strong experience working with UK/European clients Solid understanding of technology projects (Data, AI, or cloud-based systems) Basic technical knowledge (Python/SQL or general coding concepts) Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams PMP / Scrum certification (preferred) Good to Have : Exposure to Data platforms, AI/ML, or analytics projects Experience with Azure or cloud-based ecosystems Understanding of modern data architectures or AI workflows About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
