Product Manager
Lysto
Job Description
Help build the future of AI Agents for Gaming The gaming industry is about to undergo the biggest workflow transformation. Studios today are drowning in fragmented tools, manual research, repetitive operational work, and disconnected data. We believe AI Agents will fundamentally change how games are built, tested, operated, and grown.
At Lysto, we're building AI-native Research Platform, purpose-built for game developers helping teams automate research, understand players, make better product decisions, and move faster. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature roadmap and optimize a button. You'll help define what AI-native product experiences look like for one of the largest entertainment industries in the world.
Why This Role Matters Every week we work with game studios running player research, testing games, analyzing sentiment, understanding competitors, and making product decisions. Most of this work is still manual. We're building AI Agents that can do this work alongside game teams.
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for turning real studio problems into AI-powered products that teams genuinely rely on. You'll work directly with founders, customers, researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and ship products that create measurable value. If you're excited about AI, gaming, and building products from zero-to-one, you'll have an outsized impact here.
What Youβll Do Own products from idea to launch You'll take products from customer conversations and problem discovery all the way through execution, launch, and adoption. Work directly with game studios Talk to developers, producers, designers, analysts, and product leaders to understand their workflows and pain points. Translate those insights into product opportunities.
Build AI-native experiences Help define how AI Agents should behave, collaborate with users, and integrate into gaming workflows. You'll spend as much time thinking about user outcomes as features. Drive rapid experimentation Validate assumptions quickly.
Ship fast. Learn faster. You'll be expected to make decisions with imperfect information and continuously improve products through customer feedback and usage data.
Partner closely with engineering and design Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to scope requirements, prioritize initiatives, unblock execution, and maintain product quality. Own outcomes, not output Success isn't measured by features shipped. It's measured by adoption, customer impact, retention, and product-market fit.
What Weβre Looking For 4β7 years of Product Management experience Experience working in gaming industry, game technology, player insights, game operations, live ops, publishing, analytics, or adjacent gaming ecosystems Demonstrated experience building and shipping products as an individual contributor Strong customer discovery and strong analytical thinking skills Comfortable working in ambiguity and early-stage environments Experience working closely with engineers and designers Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences Strong written and verbal communication Bonus points if you have Experience building AI-powered products Experience working with LLMs, AI workflows, agents, or automation systems Experience with game user research, player insights, analytics, or monetization products Experience at gaming technology companies, studios, or gaming SaaS platforms Technical background that helps you work effectively with engineering teams Why Join Lysto ? Build where AI and gaming intersect You'll be working on problems that most companies haven't even started thinking about yet. Work directly with founders No layers of bureaucracy.
Fast decisions. High ownership. Create products used by game studios globally Your work will influence how studios research players, make decisions, and build games.
High impact, low politics We're a small team that values builders. Good ideas win. Ownership is earned through execution.
Shape an entirely new category We're not trying to build another dashboard. We're helping define what AI Agents for Gaming look like. And we're looking for people who want to build that future with us.
If you're excited by gaming, obsessed with users, curious about AI, and happiest when building products from scratch, we'd love to talk.
