Job Summary: Must Have: 68 years of experience in Learning & Development in a corporate environment Hands-on instructional design experience, LMS administration experience Experience building and owning learning dashboards and reports Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs Experience conducting training needs assessments and translating findings into actionable learning solutions Maintain the learning calendar and ensure programs are delivered on time, at quality, and with a consistent learner experience Experience in a GCC, global organization, or tech-first environment Good to Have: Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick evaluation framework and learning measurement methodologies Exposure to data visualization tools Power BI, or equivalent Experience designing learning for technical audiences engineering, product, or data teams Familiarity with AI-powered learning platforms - Coursera, LinkedIn Learning or equivalent Overall: Design and develop engaging learning content across formats ILT, e-learning, blended, and virtual grounded in adult learning principles. Build course materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, and job aids that are practical and learner friendly Use instructional design tools to create content that looks as good as it works Adapt globally designed learning content for local GCC audiences without losing brandor quality standards Partner with subject matter experts across tech and business functions to extract knowledge and structure it into learnable content Continuously improve existing learning content based on learner feedback, completion data, and business needs Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and functional managers to understand capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions Conduct learning needs assessments using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance data to diagnose real gaps before designing solutions Manage stakeholder relationships across tech and non-tech functions within the GCC Communicate program updates, timelines, and outcomes clearly and proactively to stakeholders at all levels Own the monthly learning data reporting cycle from data collection and cleaning through to insight generation and stakeholder presentation Build andmaintainlearning dashboards that track meaningful metrics enrollment, completion, feedback scores, NPS, and application rates Work with LMS administrators and external vendors to ensureaccurate, consistent, andtimelydata capture Translate learning data into clear insights and recommendations
