Lead catering operations for events at a premier stadium as a Catering Operations Manager. Ensure exceptional service, quality, and compliance with brand standards across all functions. In this hands-on role, you will oversee all internal and external catering operations while partnering with sales to confirm menus and staffing needs.
You’ll play a pivotal role in supervising team schedules, maintaining a focus on financial leadership, and enhancing guest experiences within a high-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day catering operations and event execution • Manage the annual catering budget and monitor performance • Recruit and develop team members for operational excellence • Ensure compliance with safety and service standards • Collaborate on menu development for diverse events Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or related field • 5+ years in catering or banqueting experience • 3+ years in people leadership • Strong financial acumen and inventory management skills • Valid Class 5 driver's license and Serve certification Drive excellence in catering operations and guest experiences while leading a team in a dynamic stadium environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
