About Us The Cleaning Co. is a fast‑growing construction and showhome cleaning company serving builders across Calgary and surrounding areas. We specialize in construction cleans, showhome maintenance, final detailing, and exterior cleaning services for production and luxury home builders. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Field Operations Manager to help lead daily operations, support our cleaning teams, and maintain the quality standards our builders expect.

What You’ll Do Coordinate and manage daily cleaning schedules across multiple job sites Support and supervise field staff and subcontractors Perform site visits and quality checks Communicate with builders, site supervisors, and customers professionally Help train and onboard new team members Assist with dispatching crews and adjusting schedules as priorities change Ensure teams follow company safety procedures and standards Monitor supplies, equipment, and vehicle organization Help improve systems and workflows as the company grows What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment Experience in construction cleaning, residential construction, or field operations is an asset Comfortable working both independently and with teams Solid attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company Why Join The Cleaning Co.
