Adecco, in partnership with our client and successful OEM manufacturer of durable consumer goods, we are currently searching for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations for their growing team in Calgary and Ontario. This high-impact role will oversee multi-site operations, drive continuous improvement, and enhance systems, processes, and team performance in a fast-paced environment. Job type: Permanent Qualifications 10+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business, or related field Strong experience with continuous improvement and Lean practices Solid understanding of ERP systems Multi-site leadership experience (asset) Proven ability to drive change and improve operational performance Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Process improvement and operational optimization Leadership, coaching, and team engagement Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing operations across Calgary and Ontario locations Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met Lead facility operations including maintenance, infrastructure, and equipment performance Optimize workflows, systems, and ERP processes Lead procurement coordination to support efficient production flow Coach, develop, and motivate teams to drive accountability and performance Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented culture focused on operational excellence Partner with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing) to support business goals and new product initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
