Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Calgary, AB Contract Experience: 8–10+ Years Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT/security projects. Work closely with business and technical teams to perform gap analysis and improve processes. Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and business analysis artifacts. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and act as a liaison between business and IT teams. Support project planning, risk identification, and change management activities. Must‑Have Skills (Major Keypoints) Business Analysis – Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, process mapping. Cyber Security Background – Experience in security/IT-related projects (mandatory). Change Management – Managing project/process changes effectively. Problem Solving – Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
