Advisory Senior - Transaction Advisory Services Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Experience: 3-5 Years Qualification: CA / CFA (MUST Have) About the Rol eWe are seeking an experienced Advisory Senior to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions involving Private Equity firms, Venture Capital investors, family-owned businesses, and corporate clients . Key Responsibiliti esConduct financial due diligence and prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports for acquisition and divestiture transaction s.Analyze financial and operational performance to identify key trends, risks, and opportunitie s.Perform detailed financial statement analysis, including EBITDA adjustments, working capital assessments, and cash flow review s.Support clients in evaluating acquisition opportunities and financing arrangement s.Identify transaction-related issues and provide recommendations for post-acquisition improvement s.Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, private equity investors, legal advisors, and US-based engagement team s.Participate in client discussions and information-gathering meetings to support transaction analysi s.

Required Qualificati onsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Busine ss.Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA qualification is MU ST.Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Deal Adviso ry.Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting principl es.Knowledge of US GAAP preferr ed.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoi nt. Preferred Sk illsExperience with buy-side and sell-side due diligence engageme nts.Exposure to Quality of Earnings (QoE) report ing.Strong analytical and problem-solving ski lls.Excellent written and verbal communication ski lls.Ability to manage multiple engagements and work within tight deadli nes.Experience working with US-based stakeholders and cross-functional te ams.
