QA Documentation Clerk - Houston, TX 77008 We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Documentation Clerk to support quality and laboratory operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and processing critical quality documentation while assisting with inspections and testing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with documentation systems and production teams. QA Documentation Clerk Job Duties Prepare and assemble quality assurance and laboratory documentation packages Maintain and organize QA and laboratory files for accuracy and compliance Scan and upload documents into the document imaging system Ensure documents are properly filed and easily retrievable Assist with basic inspections and testing as needed Review documents for completeness and accuracy Support quality and production teams with administrative tasks Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment QA Documentation Clerk Requirements High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience Strong organizational and document management skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and work instructions Ability to write routine reports and maintain accurate records Basic computer skills and experience with document systems preferred Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Clean-cut appearance required (no visible tattoos) No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Pay: $21.00 DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Houston, TX 77008 SNELLING is a contingency recruiting firm, placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions for over 75 years.
