Job Title: Account Manager โ IT Staffing (BFSI) | C2H Hiring Location: Mumbai & Bangalore Experience: 5 TO 18 yrs. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT staffing, specifically handling BFSI clients. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow key BFSI client accounts for IT staffing requirements Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C2H roles Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams Ensure timely delivery and closure of open positions Build strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact Conduct regular client meetings and provide hiring updates Negotiate rates, contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain pipeline, reports, and track performance metrics Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts Required Skills: Experience in IT Staffing (mandatory) Exposure to BFSI clients (International Banking Clients only -) Strong understanding of C2H hiring model Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals Preferred Skills: Experience handling clients in Mumbai/Bangalore markets Strong networking and relationship-building skills Sales/Account growth mindset Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
