Finance Specialist

Job Purpose: The Finance Specialist– Payroll & ESOP (R2R) is responsible for accounting, reporting, and month-end close activities related to Payroll, Employee Benefits, and ESOPs. The role ensures accurate GL postings, provision, reconciliations along with monthly workpaper and documentation, provisions, reimbursement accounting, Internal reporting and audit support. Key Responsibilities Salary accounting including monthly payroll JVs, F&F accounting, including all provisions and control account clearances.

Prepare workpapers and GL reconciliation with books and register Track and reconcile employee payables/receivables, loan tracker, meal card & conveyance balances. Maintain ESOP trackers, valuation support, exercise confirmations, and monthly charge calculations. Process ESOP exercise funds, allotment entries, and AP entries.

Support in audits (Internal and external), budgeting, and EVA support. Reimbursement and related accounting activities MIS for overall employee cost including LAS and Subsidiary companies Provide perquisite data for payroll and support management/board reporting. Resolve stakeholders queries promptly and effectively.

Conduct periodic review meetings with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Requirements, Skills & Competencies Qualifications: Semi‑Qualified CA or M.Com. Experience: Minimum 1 year of Financial accounting, payroll accounting, GL reconciliations, Employee reimbursement and month-end close.

Experience: Previous payroll accounting and ESOP accounting exposure.
