Hiring | Sr Manager Finance & Costing - Khazana group - Hyderabad

The Khazana Group- (Elevate X & Bay Window) is a interiors and furniture group with almost 4 decades of experience and is rapidly growing specializing in luxury kitchens, wardrobes, bespoke furniture, interior millwork, paneling, and turnkey interior solutions. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced CNC - ATC machinery and caters to premium residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects across India. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on finance professional with strong manufacturing experience who can drive costing accuracy, inventory discipline, working capital management, and financial controls across the factory.

This is not a pure accounting or compliance role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with production, purchase, stores, and management teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Product costing and profitability analysis • BOM validation and variance analysis • Inventory accounting and stock controls • WIP monitoring and reconciliation • Production and material consumption analysis • Vendor accounting and procurement controls • Cash flow planning and MIS reporting • ERP-based financial controls • Budgeting and cost optimization initiatives • Banking coordination, stock statements, and finance-related reporting • Capex monitoring and ROI tracking Required Experience • 10–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing finance • Strong exposure to costing, inventory, and factory operations • Experience in ERP / SAP environment • Ability to work closely with production and operations teams Preferred Industry Background • Furniture Manufacturing • Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes • Interior Fit-Out / Joinery • Woodworking Industry • Plywood / Laminates / Building Materials • Engineering Manufacturing Key Skills Costing | Inventory Control | Variance Analysis | Manufacturing Finance | ERP | SAP | Working Capital | MIS | Budgeting | BOM | WIP | Vendor Controls Compensation Best in industry and commensurate with experience.
