We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, expense tracking, MIS support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and payment tracking Maintain records of expenses, bills, and financial documents Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance Assist in preparing MIS reports and monthly finance summaries Coordinate with internal teams for invoice collection and documentation Support GST, TDS, and compliance-related documentation Ensure proper filing and organization of finance records Help in tracking budgets and operational expenses Requirements Bachelorβs degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field Min 3 years of experience in finance/accounts roles or internships Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance processes Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software Good attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Preferred Skills Knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books is a plus Comfortable working with numbers and data Ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks efficiently Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
