Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve performance and branding goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword and audience research, campaign setup, ad copy and creative briefing, bid and budget management, and ongoing optimization for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
The role also involves tracking and analyzing performance data using analytics and reporting tools, building dashboards, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. The specialist will collaborate closely with the creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with brand strategy, run A/B tests, and ensure accurate conversion tracking and pixel implementation. Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with campaign management on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
Proficiency in performance optimization, including keyword and audience research, bid strategies, budget allocation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Ability to work with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and basic dashboard/report creation. Skill in writing or briefing compelling ad copy and collaborating with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
Experience in performance marketing for B2B or technology-focused brands is highly preferred. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Effective communication skills and the ability to explain campaign performance and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
