Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O โ SCM Functional Consultant Experience: 4+ Years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) SCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ERP implementations, solution design, business process consulting, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing D365 F&O SCM solutions and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O SCM solutions. Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design discussions. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules based on business needs.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities. Prepare functional design documents (FDD), interface documents, process flows, and user documentation. Collaborate with technical and development teams for customization, integrations, and enhancements.
Participate in data migration activities, testing, validation, and deployment processes. Support report design, security configuration, and third-party integrations. Perform functional testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.
Deliver user training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while proactively driving resolutions.
Manage multiple tasks and project activities effectively within deadlines. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Required Functional Expertise Strong knowledge and implementation experience in the following SCM modules: Product Information Management Procurement & Sourcing Sales & Marketing Inventory Management Inventory Costing Production Control Quality Management Master Planning Advanced Warehouse Management Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consulting.
Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and modules. Hands-on experience in end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects. Excellent understanding of business process mapping and ERP best practices.
Experience in requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and training. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in client-facing consulting engagements is preferred.
