Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Respond to incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Support & Order Management Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while managing high volumes of calls and data entry tasks. Provide pricing quotations and support sales initiatives to drive revenue growth within existing and prospective accounts.

Coordination & Communication Collaborate with internal teams, including production and operations, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, managing expectations and resolving any issues that arise. Problem Solving & Customer Success Identify customer challenges through active listening and provide effective, solution-oriented responses.

Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly, contributing to overall satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and related documentation. Utilize internal systems to track interactions, generate reports, and support business operations.

Qualifications Education & Experience Post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent work experience, is preferred. Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment is considered an asset. Technical Skills Proficiency with web-based systems and enterprise software, particularly SAP.

Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and data sources simultaneously. Key Competencies Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on delivering positive experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
