Your new role Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties. Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium boards, owners, residents, and vendors. Prepare annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and operational updates.
Oversee maintenance programs, capital projects, contractor performance, and property inspections. Attend board meetings and provide professional guidance on operational and financial matters. Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Respond to resident concerns and facilitate effective resolutions. What you'll need to succeed 2โ5 years of experience as a Condominium Manager or in a similar property management role. Valid RECA Condominium Manager Associate License is required.
Strong knowledge of condominium operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management. Experience working directly with condominium boards, residents, and external contractors. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional industry designations or certifications are considered an asset. What you'll get in return Up to $65,000 base annually + bonus Opportunity to manage a diverse condominium portfolio.
