The Curriculum Development Associate plays a key role in this mission by researching world-class curriculum, assessments, books, and multimedia content tailored for students in affordable private schools across the country. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct primary and secondary research to develop high-quality content across various subjects to help develop curriculum and content to be used effectively by both teachers and students. Ensure all content created is pedagogically sound, high-quality, and completely error-free. Continuously research best practices and drive innovation to enhance teaching and learning outcomes in partner schools.

Experience Bachelor’s/Graduation /Master’s degree from a premier institute. 2 years of experience in researching & developing curriculum and lesson plans for a specific subject Hands-on experience in teaching the content or closely supporting teachers to ensure its effective delivery. Competencies Required Functional : Synthesizes data to identify patterns, solve problems, and drive logical decisions. Works well in teams and communicates ideas clearly and persuasively.

Stays composed under pressure and embraces change with a continuous improvement mindset. Plans effectively, follows through on tasks, and consistently meets performance goals. Role Based: Ability to research & create engaging, age-appropriate, and pedagogically sound content for students and teachers.
