The company operates through four major divisions: Renal - Dialysis Machines & Consumables Hospital Products Vascular- Interventional Imaging & Disposables Specialty Products : AI based Digitalization systems Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Regional Manager – North to lead and expand business operations across North India. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving regional financial objectives across all business divisions.

The role requires a strong blend of business leadership, clinical and technical customer engagement capability, commercial acumen, and people management skills. Key Responsibilities Responsible for achieving key business KPIs including: Revenue growth, Profitability, Cash flow management ,Inventory management, Market share expansion Build strong customer engagement through clinical and technical knowledge-based interactions that effectively translate into business growth and sales conversion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, procurement teams, distributors, and channel partners.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing state based business & operational teams. Collaborate closely with internal departments including finance, regulatory, logistics, and maintenance functions. Utilize digital technologies and data-driven business approaches to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Provide regular business reviews, forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic inputs to senior management. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines. Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline.

Full-time Post Graduate qualification in Business Studies / Management from a recognized institution is mandatory. Experience Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in the medical devices industry with a global manufacturing company. Minimum 5 years of experience in independently managing business operations and teams.

Minimum 3 years of stable tenure in the current or previous organization. Required Skills & Competencies Understanding of: Medical devices , Technology & Applications Digital technology and business systems Customer engagement capabilities supported by clinical and technical product knowledge. Proven ability to convert technical discussions into commercial opportunities and sales growth.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Team management and people development capabilities. Self-driven professional with strong hunger for success and business growth.

Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and competitive business environment. Language Requirements Must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional / mother tongue languages will be an added advantage.
