POSITION: Operations Analyst – Wireless Exceptions Location: York Mills, North York, ON Salary Rate: $30.00/hr + $1.00/hr travel allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Tenure: Full-Time, Ongoing We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Analyst – Wireless Exceptions to join a fast-paced operations environment supporting wireless order fulfillment and exception management processes. This role is responsible for managing and resolving wireless order exceptions, coordinating with internal departments and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee wireless order exceptions related to failed shipments and fulfillment issues Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Customer Care, IT, Sales, and external 3PL partners to investigate and resolve issues Analyze ERP and inventory management systems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Open and manage Incident (INC) tickets and collaborate with IT teams through issue resolution Monitor exception trends, operational risks, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities Process dealer and consumer order cancellation requests accurately and within service timelines Maintain detailed documentation of exception cases, resolutions, and process updates Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and error prevention Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with operational procedures Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management platforms Experience supporting or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is considered an asset Ability to troubleshoot operational and system-related issues effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges Preferred Experience Experience in wireless, telecommunications, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems Experience handling exception reporting and operational escalations What We’re Looking For Self-motivated and solution-oriented individuals Strong team players who can collaborate across multiple departments Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced operational environment Individuals with strong ownership and accountability mindset
