Title: Business Analyst Location: Bangalore Exp: 8+yrs Job Description: Role and Responsibilities • Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents. • Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows to guide system design and development. • Support existing Product Manager by effectively bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures. Required Skills • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Good understanding of retail and supply chain domains • Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions — BY Commits, BY DSS • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA)
