About Concept We have been in the capital market for over 3 decades and have been a serious player in multiple segments. As a SEBI registered Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor, Concept is servicing many clients in the western part of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The current focus of the company is on strengthening and aggressively growing Wealth Management and Advisory business. We are looking for a professional with experience in Wealth Management who is passionate about investing, who believes in ethics & high level of integrity, who has the heart of a helper, who is driven by values (and not targets, incentives) and who is confident of building out such practice from scratch. Role Description Responsibilities of the Sr. Wealth Manager and the team reporting to her/him Client Relationship and Sales: · Handle Affluent Individuals, HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) and Ultra-HNI clients​. · Responsible for gathering assets for investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Corporate FD, and other investment products​. · Conduct daily client meetings and relationship management activities. Client Acquisition and Servicing: · Identify new clients and their financial needs through prospecting calls. · Collaborate with external vendors for client outreach, lead generation projects. · Build client database and increase AUM through references from existing clients. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their financial goals are met. Update them on market trends and new products. · Conduct 2-3 client meetings per day within assigned territory​. · Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to portfolio management services. Asset and Revenue Management: · Define growth objective at the company and individual level. · Identify growth enablers – training, partnerships, tech-upgrades etc.​ · Review and monitor revenue and profitability numbers to take appropriate business actions as needed.

Portfolio Management and Advisory: · Review and diversify existing client portfolios regularly. · Provide investment solutions and advice based on client requirements and goals. · Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and tagged communications​. · Familiarity with Morningstar Direct for investment research and reporting is desired. Required Experience & Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and comprehensive Investment Management Strong knowledge and experience in Investment and Finance strategies Understanding of Insurance products and services as part of holistic financial planning Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills Proven track record in portfolio management and achieving client satisfaction Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software Experience Levels: 6-10 years for Senior roles​ 1-4 years​ for Junior roles Essential Certifications: AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) Certification NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) Certifications – VA, 21A This role represents a significant opportunity in India's growing wealth management sector, particularly for professionals seeking to manage substantial assets for high-net-worth investors.
