Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, based in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team to achieve organizational goals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing sales, fostering relationships with stakeholders, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination of supply chain processes. The role also includes staffing, training, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Qualifications Experience in leadership, team management, and employee development Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and operational planning Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sales strategies, performance tracking, and reporting Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions Familiarity with Japanese culture, tea, or culinary traditions is a plus Proficiency in tools and software relevant to inventory and team management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
