The program features both full-time and part-time options, enabling nurses to gain the competencies needed for high-acuity patient care effectively. Key Responsibilities: โข Complete the Critical Care Nursing Program with a blend of clinical and study time โข Engage in orientation to ease the transition into critical care settings โข Collaborate with an interprofessional team for improved patient outcomes โข Manage care for patients across various acuity levels โข Sign a one-year Return of Service Agreement upon program completion Requirements: โข Active Registered Nurse status with Nova Scotia Health โข Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred โข IMCU experience is a plus โข Up-to-date resume with relevant certifications and training โข Commitment to ongoing professional development Embark on a fulfilling nursing journey while gaining critical care expertise at Nova Scotia Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
