We’re Hiring: Sales Finance / Revenue Analyst (Commercial Strategy) | A Leading Ad-Tech Organization Location: Chennai - Guindy (Hybrid Module) (4 Days WFO, 1 Day WFH) NA Shift - 6.30PM to 3.30AM IST We’re looking for a numbers-driven partner who enjoys influencing revenue decisions - not just reporting them. This is a Sales Finance + Strategy where you’ll work closely with Sales Leaders, Finance, and Management to drive smarter revenue decisions. What You’ll Do Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking & revenue planning Analyse seller performance, incentives & productivity metrics Build dashboards & KPIs for leadership decision-making Support compensation modelling & target setting Identify growth opportunities through data-backed insights Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) & performance analysis Partner with Sales & Leadership to shape go-to-market strategy Automate reporting & improve commercial processes What We’re Looking For Experience in Sales Finance / FP&A Strong analytical mindset - you enjoy solving business problems using data Hands-on with Excel (must), dashboards & CRM data (Salesforce preferred) Ability to convert data → insights → business recommendations Comfortable working with leadership & influencing decisions Detail-oriented, structured & proactive If you love digging into pipeline data, questioning forecasts, and helping leadership decide where to grow next , this role is for you.
