About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, business development expertise, and the ability to build high-performing sales teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments. Create and execute sales plans to increase market share and business growth.

Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Set sales objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity. Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Revenue Generation & Target Achievement Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reports. Monitor sales pipelines and ensure effective conversion of leads into business.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition. Reporting & Market Analysis Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular MIS reports, sales performance reports, and management presentations.

Recommend improvements in sales processes, systems, and customer engagement strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.

Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or sales management roles. Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis. Experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
