Job Description – HR Manager (NBFC / Banking Background) Job Title: HR Manager Location: Kochi Industry Preference: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services Experience Required: Minimum 7 Years Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in NBFC, banking, or financial services industries. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both recruitment and HR operations, with the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions, support business growth, and ensure smooth HR processes and compliance. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates Manage onboarding and employee induction processes HR Operations Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle management Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation Support performance management and employee engagement activities Employee Relations & Administration Address employee queries and grievance handling Maintain a positive work culture and employee relations Coordinate training and development initiatives Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures Required Skills Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills Good knowledge of HR operations and labor compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services industry is mandatory Minimum 7 years of HR experience Strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred Employment Type Full-Time Work Location Kochi, Kerala onsite role.
