Job Description: The Top Key Responsibilities: Good exposure of core accounting principles and practices, Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Proficiency in MS Excel Leadership Principles: Learn and Be Curious, Earn Trust and Deliver Results Mandatory Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations Execute UAT test cases during the test stage of the project lifecycle for new launches of digital products, process improvements, and financial automation. Flag discrepancies or mismatches in accounting entries and escalate to senior team members for resolution. Verify that accounting entries generated during testing match expected outcomes as defined in the Accounting Requirements Document (ARD). Perform/Support the month end activities which include closing of sub ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and balance sheet account analysis. Prepare month end Flux analysis for all P&L and Balance sheet accounts and share with Stakeholders along with the analysis on the reasons for the changes. Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and knowledge in accounting and apply this in-depth knowledge, principles and systems design to recognize complex and unique issues and develop resolution and/or consistently consult with leadership in order to achieve resolution.

Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, GL accounts) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Education or Certification: Semi-Qualified CA or B.Com TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
