Process Engineer

I am currently partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing organisation in County Clare that is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join its growing team.

• Process ownership within a manufacturing environment
• Drive yield, throughput, and process capability improvements
• Lead root cause investigations and problem-solving initiatives
• Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams
• Strong visibility and influence across the business
• Clear progression path to a Senior Process Engineer role

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years' experience in Process Engineering within manufacturing, chemical, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with continuous improvement and process optimisation
• A hands-on approach and passion for operational excellence
