Overview

You will drive growth in the UK & Ireland data centre market, engaging early with customers and partners to shape opportunities. In this consultative role, you build long-term relationships, lead pipeline development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Fluke’s ecosystem. You will manage distributor partnerships and pursue white space opportunities, leveraging Fluke’s tools to improve data centre performance.

This role combines hands-on selling with strategic influence in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive territory plan to grow priority Data Centre accounts
  • Generate demand through direct and partner channels and identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and market visibility
  • Manage distributor partners, create business plans, and drive to targets
  • Promote Fluke products via relationship-building, training, and marketing activities
  • Become a trusted local authority for Fluke solutions in the Data Centre market
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing to prepare proposals, deliver demonstrations, and support key projects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and grow the sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Combine technical knowledge with clear communication to position Fluke solutions effectively
  • Work remotely from home while visiting customer sites in the territory
  • Foster positive relationships across the Data Centre ecosystem (end users, installers, consultants, partners)
  • Leverage internal Fluke teams to support market growth and customer success
Key requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and support sales plans within an assigned territory
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities
  • Ability to build relationships across engineers to senior decision-makers
  • Balance short-term commercial objectives with long-term growth priorities
  • Experience managing distributor partnerships and creating growth plans
  • Strong technical aptitude to explain product capabilities and guide buying decisions
  • Confidence delivering demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborative approach to building partner relationships for growth
  • Experience preparing sales proposals and conducting negotiations
  • Good CRM discipline and maintaining records of sales activity
  • Engagement in trade shows and industry events
  • Interest in industry trends and developments
  • Based in the UK with coverage for Ireland and the Nordics
  • Analytical, organized, results-focused mindset
  • Proven record of long-term sales relationships
