SAP EWM Subject Matter Expert (In-house) Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid | Wrocław Role Overview For our client, we are seeking an SAP WM/EWM Subject Matter Expert to join our global Competence Center in Wrocław. You will drive warehouse process optimization, support S/4HANA transformation, and ensure full GxP compliance within a regulated pharma environment. Core Responsibilities Design & Delivery: Configure SAP WM/EWM solution architecture across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes; oversee integration with MM, SD, PP, and QM.

Support & Change Management: Act as 2nd-level support lead, coordinate external 3rd-level vendors, and manage releases via SolMan (ChaRM) and Jira. Business Partnership: Lead functional workshops, translate business needs into technical specifications, and train a global Key User network. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on SAP WM/EWM design & configuration experience (at least 1 full lifecycle implementation).

Proven track record in working in a regulated environment (batch management, SLED, serialization). Hands-on familiarity with SAP SolMan (ChaRM), Jira, and S/4HANA rollouts. Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
