The Business Analyst role reports directly to the Project Manager and offers exposure to a variety of technical and business transformation projects.

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or IT transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with business process modelling and documentation
• Experience working within agile environments preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA advantageous

What you'll do

• Gather and analyse business requirements to support digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit project needs
• Document processes, user stories, and functional specifications
• Support the implementation of new systems and business processes
