We are seeking experienced professionals for an Automotive Chassis Design & Development opportunity in Chennai.

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills

• CATIA V5/V6
• 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)
• Chassis CAD Design
• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Sheet Metal Design

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of Chassis Systems, including Brakes, Suspension, and Wheels/Tires.
• Create and maintain CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CATIA V5/V6 and 3DX.
• Apply GD&T standards and support product development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and manufacturability.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive Chassis Design & Development
• Teamcenter Engineering & Vis Mockup
• Manufacturing Processes and Product Development
• Knowledge of Ford GPDS, WERS, DPA01, and GCM processes is an advantage
