F5 Weddings is looking for experienced Client Servicing professionals who have hands-on experience specifically in WEDDING EVENTS.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Industry: Wedding Events / Wedding Planning

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are specifically looking for candidates who have minimum 2 years of relevant Client Servicing experience in the Wedding Events industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
β’ Handling wedding clients from brief to execution
β’ Understanding client requirements and managing expectations
β’ Coordinating with vendors, production and internal teams
β’ Managing wedding timelines, deliverables and event details
β’ Handling client communication during pre-event planning and on-ground execution
β’ Working on multiple wedding projects simultaneously
Must haves:
1) 2+ years of hands-on client servicing experience specifically in the wedding events / wedding planning industry, including direct ownership of client relationships and end-to-end wedding event delivery.
2) Proven experience as the primary client point of contact for wedding events, from initial brief and budgeting through on-ground execution and post-event follow-up
3) Strong client communication skills, including managing expectations, handling last-minute changes, and resolving issues during live wedding events.
