【Job Details】

Job Title: Brazil Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

1.Establish, optimize and manage the after-sales service system for local dealers.

2.Carry out on-site repair and technical service for agricultural machinery at end-user sites; handle urgent after-sales feedback.

3.Build and manage the full-cycle spare-parts after-sales process.

4.Conduct on-site business trips for operation & maintenance, and coordinate regional service operations.

Job Requirements

1.Proficient in Portuguese and English for daily business communication.

2.Possess agricultural-machinery expertise and relevant working experience in the agricultural machinery industry.

3.Capable of supporting dealers to build up their service systems.

4.Strong analytical thinking, sound communication skills, pragmatic and hard-working.
