Customer Service – Executive – Export

Location – Mumbai – Andheri east Marol

Urgent opening for -  Customer service

Total Experience – 2 to 3yrs

• Handle customer service desk operations, collaborating with customers/shippers in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Follow up on carting / stuffing & onboard confirmation whether same has been sent to clients on time.
• Sending timely delivery status to the customer.
• Quoting export rates to clients.
• Follow up on upcoming shipments and sharing schedules of needed.
• Rates filing with co-loaders for export shipments.
• Maintaining detailed reports of all shipments.

Looking from logistic knowledge about door delivery shipment freight forwarding industry only.
