Avalanche is a private capital advisory firm, focused on connecting fund managers (VCs, PE, real estate) and private companies raising capital with the right investors - family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pensions, and endowments - and run secondary liquidity for holders of private company shares.

The role

We're looking for an Investor Relations Associate to manage our investor pipeline end to end. You'll work directly with Avalanche's leadership - this is a junior title, but a central role on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the pipeline of new investors (family offices, VCs, wealth managers);
• Maintain and grow relationships with our existing investor base;
• Act as the connector between clients (GPs/founders raising capital) and their investor matches - coordinating intros, follow-ups, and communication end to end.

What we're looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple relationships in parallel;
• Genuine interest in private capital markets (VC, PE, RE);
• Min. 1yr of experience in comparable role.
