FIT in NETWORK® is an international Executive Search and Interim Management firm supporting leading organizations across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

To support our continued expansion in Portugal, we are selectively appointing a limited number of Executive Business Partners.

This opportunity is designed for senior executives, entrepreneurs and independent consultants who have built a strong professional network and wish to leverage it by connecting organizations with high-level Executive Search and Interim Management solutions.

This is a selective, non-operational role, designed to complement an existing executive career. It focuses exclusively on business development and does not provide assignments or opportunities for the partners themselves.

The model is entirely success-based - There is no fixed remuneration, and compensation is generated exclusively upon successful business outcomes.

Your Mission

As an Executive Business Partner, you will represent FIT in NETWORK® within your professional network and identify business opportunities.

Your role is to:

• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Identify Executive Search and Interim Management opportunities.
• Introduce potential clients to FIT in NETWORK®.
• Contribute to the growth of our presence in Portugal.

Our experienced team manages the entire recruitment process, project delivery and operational execution, allowing you to focus on developing trusted business relationships.

Your Profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in senior leadership positions.
• Strong network within the Portuguese business environment.
• Currently active as an executive, consultant, entrepreneur or board member.
• Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
