Power BI Administrator

Stefanini is hiring an experienced Power BI Administrator to provide platform and service administration support for our client’s Power BI environment.

This is primarily an infrastructure and governance-focused role rather than a report development position, suited to someone with a strong background in BI platform management and administration.

• Work model: remote from any location in Portugal;
• Role duration: 6 months;

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and management of the Power BI Service (Power BI Online/Tenant);
• Managing user permissions, roles and access controls across workspaces and datasets;
• Capacity and resource management, including monitoring and maintaining disk space and storage;
• Administering Power BI Gateway configuration and connectivity;
• Managing tenant settings and governance policies;
• User and licence management;
• Monitoring platform performance and health;
• Supporting audit and compliance requirements within the Power BI environment;

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Power BI Service administration;
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and associated admin portals;
• Experience managing user access and security models in Power BI;
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID administration;
• Ability to monitor and manage capacity and storage;
• English written/spoken fluency;
