Junior Associate - Corporate, Special Situations

• Advising on special situations and capital solutions transactions
• Debt restructuring and insolvency
• Financing transactions
• M&A
• Purchase and sale of credit portfolios and legal claims
• Investment funds, particularly FIDCs (Credit Rights Investment Funds)

Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Fluency in English
• Prior experience in a corporate law practice with a transactional focus (M&A or financial transactions)
• Prior experience with special situations, restructuring and insolvency, and/or investment funds will be considered an advantage
