NetApp Storage Engineer - Level 2 / Level 3 support

On behalf of a globally reputed data infrastructure company, which has operations in India, we are looking for a motivated NetApp Storage Engineer - Level 2  / Level 3  to join Managed Services operations team.

Position - Net App Storage Engineers - Level 2  / Level 3  who must be experienced with NetApp Storage -based technologies

o  You will provide Level 2 / Level 3 support to our customers by responding to Incidents, working on Service Requests, Problem. Management, Infrastructure Improvements and planning and performing NetApp Ontap upgrades.

o  Experience in supporting varied clientele is essential as is a strong understanding of NetApp storage-based technologies.

·       Education: Graduate, preferably engineering graduate degree

NetApp Certification would be an added advantage

ITIL Fundamentals certification (desirable).

Expereince : L2 - Minimum of 5 years of NetApp Storage experince is a must

L3 - Minimum of 3 years of NetApp Storage experince is a must

·       Salary : L2 - 15 - 20 Lakhs p.a.

L3 - 10 -15 Lakhs p.a.

Salary flexible for exceptional candidates

. Employment Structure: You will be under Third party payroll

·       Location  - Belapur - Navi Mumbai

·       Work from Office

·       5 Day work week

·       Rotational shift – 24/7
