Job Description – Technical Customer Service Executive

Job Role

We are hiring Technical Customer Service Executives for an international UK telecom process.

This is not a complete technical support role. The position primarily involves technical customer service, where you will assist UK customers with telecom-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls from the UK and provide professional assistance.
• Understand and resolve customer queries related to telecom services.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions.
• Provide clear information about products, services, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should have good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to work in UK shifts/night shifts.
• Candidates with a customer service or BPO background can also apply.
